Valley-Rich Co., Inc. was built on the tradition of hard work and sacrifice. The father and son team of Dwight and Bruce Olson sold their pick-up truck and camper to begin the business in 1970. Dwight had established numerous relationships in the construction industry and those relationships, along with quality workmanship and a commitment to customer satisfaction, began the journey of the father and son team.
Today, Bruce’s son and brother-in-law carry on the Valley Rich traditions as co-owners of the family business. They are proud of the outstanding safety record and dedication of their employees.

A key focus of the owners and employees are Safety Training, Competent Person Training, and A.W.A.I.R., (workplace accident and injury reduction program) to provide the safest environment possible for employees and clients.
